Bradford Cathedral Exhibition 2016

At the invitation of the Bishop of Bradford, the exhibition was on display in the Cathedral for the whole of July 2016. It formed the backdrop for the Civic Service Commemorating the Battle of the Somme which was held in the Cathedral at 3pm on Saturday 9th July 2016. A significant feature of the exhibition was a Roll Call of the men from Bradford who died during the Battle of the Somme between July and November 1916. Thanks to the ingenuity of Cathedral staff, the names were projected in an ever-rolling stream onto the flagstones in the north aisle.
